EngenderHealth advocates at three levels – locally, globally, and in the United States – to influence evidence-based policy change that will lead to lasting improvements in reproductive health care and access to services.  But we cannot do it alone. Raise Your Voice : End the Global Gag Rule!
UPDATE: the Global Gag Rule has been lifted!  The Global Gag Rule had terrible consequences for the health and lives of poor women and their families, in ways that had nothing to do with abortion. The Global Gag Rule forced clinics to cut back on all sorts of health services, such as family planning, obstetric care, HIV testing, and malaria treatment. Thousands of people watched our Youtube video and signed our petition -- thank you!
